• Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking.
• Availability for a 24/7/365 operation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the logistics of fleet operations.
• Assess and assign open events.
• Verify proper authorization to dispatch.
• Assign nearest service provider for repairs.
• Advise customers of ETA and follow requirements.
• Inform supervisor of delays or repair issues.
