Cox Enterprises' Cox Fleet is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to ensure smooth fleet operations. You will coordinate and manage logistics, assign service providers, and keep customers informed of ETA. Work hours vary to cover 24/7/365 operations.

You will verify authorization, dispatch the nearest qualified provider, and address delays or questions from customers. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 3 years of dispatch or heavy vehicle maintenance experience; advanced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of dispatching experience in breakdown and/or tire maintenance.
• Knowledge of dispatching and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations.
• Assign open events to the nearest service provider.
• Verify proper authorization to dispatch.
• Inform customers of ETA and follow required instructions.
• Inform on-duty supervisor of delays or problems.
• Address customer inquiries as they arise.
