Job summary

Endeavors seeks a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to provide survivor-centered case management during field or remote operations. You will conduct intake and screening, assess unmet needs, develop recovery plans, and coordinate resources while maintaining privacy and following approved procedures.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, ensuring accountability, and participating in readiness activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in disaster recovery, social services, or crisis intervention.
• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality of client information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors and track progress.
• Coordinate federal, state, local, and nonprofit resources and referrals.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in case management systems.
• Protect PII and comply with privacy, cybersecurity, and records management.
