Job summary

Endeavors seeks a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to perform survivor-centered case management in field or remote operations. You will conduct intake, assess unmet needs, and create individualized recovery plans while coordinating resources and referrals.

Responsibilities include maintaining case documentation, protecting PII, and collaborating with partners under FEMA-aligned procedures. Deployment readiness and compliance training are required for access to government systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Experience in case management or disaster recovery is preferred.
• Ability to complete background checks and required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments.
• Develop individualized recovery plans and track progress.
• Identify and coordinate federal, state, and local resources.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure data quality.
• Protect privacy and comply with security and reporting rules.
• Coordinate with partners and participate in readiness activities.
