Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to support survivor-centered disaster recovery. You will conduct intake, assess unmet needs, and collaborate with survivors to create individualized recovery plans while coordinating resources and maintaining thorough documentation.

Role requires deployment readiness for field or remote operations, supporting privacy, equity, and adherence to program guidelines. Training and credentialing are mandatory prior to deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management or related field.
• Equivalent relevant education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments using approved tools and procedures.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors and track progress.
• Identify and coordinate federal, state, tribal, local, nonprofit, and community resources to address unmet needs.
• Provide referrals and assist survivors in navigating benefits and recovery resources.
• Protect survivor privacy and ensure accurate documentation in case management systems.
• Deploy to field or remote environments and maintain readiness as required.
