Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to provide survivor-centered case management during field or remote operations in the United States. You will conduct intake, assess needs, develop recovery plans, and coordinate resources with partners to support survivors and families.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, protecting privacy, and deploying to disaster sites as needed, with travel and readiness expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Relevant disaster case management experience preferred.
• Professional language capability in addition to English desirable.
• Must complete required screening and credentialing before deployment.
• NIMS certifications required before deployment: IS-100.C, IS-200.C, IS-700.B, IS-800.D.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments.
• Develop individualized recovery plans and coordinate resources/referrals.
• Document progress and maintain accurate case information and statistics.
• Protect privacy and ensure confidentiality; uphold security requirements.
• Deploy to field or remote environments and maintain deployment readiness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support survivors toward recovery.
