Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in case management or disaster services is preferred.
• Professional fluency in a language other than English is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments using approved tools and procedures.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with achievable goals and identify barriers.
• Coordinate resources and referrals across federal, state, tribal, local, nonprofit, and community partners.
• Document progress, referrals, and outcomes; ensure case notes are accurate and complete.
• Protect PII and maintain compliant records per policy and procedures.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or related field
