Job summary

Endeavors Inc. is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to perform survivor-centered case management during field or remote operations.

You will conduct intake and screenings, develop individualized recovery plans, coordinate resources, and monitor progress while ensuring privacy and adherence to program guidance. The role requires readiness for deployment, collaboration with various partners, and sensitivity to diverse needs, including access and disability considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in case management and disaster recovery preferred.
• Ability to complete required screenings and training before deployment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors and set achievable goals.
• Identify and coordinate federal, state, tribal, local, nonprofit, and community resources.
• Provide resource referrals and assist survivors in navigating benefits and recovery services.
• Protect survivor privacy and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Maintain deployment readiness and work in field, remote, or austere environments as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or a related field
