Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to provide survivor-centered disaster case management during field or remote operations. You will conduct intake, assess needs, develop recovery plans, coordinate resources, and monitor progress while protecting privacy and ensuring equitable access to services.

The role requires training, credentialing, and readiness activities; deployment may involve field work, travel nationwide, and extended hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in case management, crisis intervention, benefits/navigation, disaster recovery or community-based services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors and update goals.
• Identify and coordinate federal, state, tribal, local, nonprofit resources to address unmet needs.
• Provide referrals and follow-up; assist navigating benefits and resources.
