Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to provide survivor-centered case management during field or remote operations. You will conduct intake, assess needs, develop recovery plans, and coordinate resources while safeguarding privacy and equity.

This deployable role requires a bachelor’s in a related field, experience in case management, and completion of NIMS courses; travel nationwide; valid driver's license; readiness to deploy within 48 hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in case management, crisis intervention, or disaster recovery preferred.
• Ability to navigate benefits and community resources.
• Strong privacy, confidentiality, and record-keeping practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with achievable goals and updates.
• Identify and coordinate federal, state, local, nonprofit, and community resources.
• Provide referrals and follow-up; document progress and outcomes.
• Protect PII and comply with privacy, cybersecurity, and records management.
