Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager in Baton Rouge, LA to provide survivor-centered case management during field or remote operations. You will conduct intake, assess needs, develop recovery plans, coordinate resources, document progress, and ensure privacy and equitable access to services.

The role requires readiness for deployment, adherence to training, and ability to work in austere environments; travel nationwide is possible and accommodations such as housing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services or related field.
• Relevant case management and human services experience is preferred.
• Fluency in an additional language is desirable for deployments.
• Must complete organizational and credentialing training before deployment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors and track progress.
• Coordinate resources and referrals to address unmet needs.
• Maintain accurate case records and protect survivor privacy.
• Deploy to field or remote locations as required and participate in training.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to survivors and families.
