Qualifications

• 10+ years of market development, business development, strategic planning, or commercial leadership in Utility/Energy.
• Deep knowledge of Utility/Energy market dynamics, buying processes, trends, and regulatory issues.
• Proven ability to translate market opportunities into commercial outcomes with account strategies and pipeline growth.
• Strong executive stakeholder management across matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Utility & Energy growth strategies and commercial plans.
• Identify opportunities across segments, prioritize accounts, and drive whitespace and pipeline.
• Deliver seller enablement, account activation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Track KPIs, pipeline progression, and revenue performance for decisions.
• Build Customer Advisory Boards and engage industry stakeholders to validate demand and growth.
