Qualifications

• 10+ years in market development, strategy, or commercial leadership in Utility/Energy sectors.
• Deep knowledge of market dynamics, buyer processes, and regulatory considerations.
• Proven ability to convert opportunities into revenue and growth.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Development and execution of Utility & Energy growth strategies.
• Translate market priorities into commercial plans and pipeline opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales to set account prioritization and improve pipeline conversion.
• Deliver seller enablement and account activation plans.
• Track KPIs: whitespace, pipeline, revenue milestones and activation.
• Lead Customer Advisory Boards and industry engagement initiatives.
• Gather market intelligence to inform go-to-market plans.
• Build executive relationships with customers, partners, and prospects.
• Drive complex strategic opportunities from business case to deal progression.
• Oversee annual and multi-year planning for Utility & Energy initiatives.
