Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in strategic planning and revenue growth.
- Experience translating market insights into commercial plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of growth strategies for Utility & Energy sectors.
- Identify strategic opportunities and manage whitespace, pipeline, and accounts.
- Partner with Sales to prioritize accounts and improve pipeline conversion.
- Deliver seller enablement, activation plans, and commercialization strategies.
- Track KPIs: whitespace, pipeline, milestones, and revenue performance.
- Lead Customer Advisory Boards and industry engagement to validate demand.
