Job summary

BMO Capital Markets, within Global Markets, seeks a Director to lead FX hedging solutions for U.S. corporate clients from New York.

You will drive client engagement, pricing, and execution across FX products, collaborating with trading, structuring, credit, and risk teams to deliver tailored hedging strategies. Ideal candidates have extensive FX sales experience with a strong analytical foundation, and a track record of revenue growth and client relationship development in a demanding

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Foreign Exchange sales experience with a strong product knowledge.
• Proven ability to engage corporate treasurers and senior executives.
• Experience pricing, modelling FX options and structured FX solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead pitching and client engagement with corporate treasurers and executives.
• Market BMO’s FX capabilities and develop value-add trade ideas.
• Structure trades and coordinate with traders and structurers.
• Model FX risks and manage client hedging requirements.
• Collaborate with internal partners to support revenue growth.
