Job summary

BMO Capital Markets in New York seeks a high-caliber Vice President for Corporate Hedging Solutions to market, originate and execute interest rate derivatives for U.S. corporate clients.

The role emphasizes pitching, client engagement and delivering tailored hedging strategies across rates and FX products. You will collaborate with Investment & Corporate Banking, trading and risk teams to craft value‑added solutions and drive revenue generation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Interest Rates or Foreign Exchange sales with a strong understanding of Fixed Income markets.
• Some experience working directly with corporate clients.
• Strong knowledge of Global Markets including fixed income, corporate debt markets and foreign exchange.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Origination and Negotiation: Support pitching activities with corporate clients, market BMO’s capabilities, develop trade ideas, assist in derivative documentation.
• Enhancing Client Relationships: Partner with Investment & Corporate Banking to grow client coverage and trust.
• Pricing and Execution: Assist in pricing and executing interest rate products; coordinate with traders to manage risk.
• Structuring and Modelling: Analyze structured requests, model risks, and support trade structuring.
