Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in New York seeks a Corporate Sales professional to manage revenue and profitability across an allocated client portfolio, delivering an excellent client experience and expanding product penetration across FX and interest rate derivatives.

You will partner with Relationship Managers, GPS, and GTS, drive engagement, supervise local sales activity where applicable, and ensure compliance with regulatory expectations in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience serving corporate clients within Corporate Sales or related markets.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Sales products, clients, systems and processes.
• Regulatory exams/permits relevant to non-advisory sales and trading activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Strategic/Focus corporate clients and transactional clients when needed.
• Identify sales opportunities from client need to sale and post-trade processes.
• Deliver day-to-day sales coverage across FX and interest rate derivatives.
• Develop trusted client relationships to grow revenue and product penetration.
• Partner with Relationship Managers, GPS and GTS to coordinate client coverage.
• Champion efficiency by migrating activity to self-service e-capability.
• Coordinate with CRS and offshore teams to support complex structuring.
• Govern activity in line with SLAs and regulatory expectations.
• Set direction for reporting sales staff and supervise local team where needed.
• Maintain front office supervision and compliance to mitigate risks.
