Reporting to the CPO, you will partner with the ELT, shape forward-looking pay philosophy, and drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires strategic vision and hands-on execution across multi-market hiring.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Total Rewards experience with a track record of building strategy in fast-paced, high-growth companies.
• Strategic, business-first orientation that connects rewards to talent density and company performance.
• Forward-looking market sense anticipating AI shifts in work and pay.
• AI-native operator using AI tools for modeling, market data, and communications.
• Deep compensation expertise with scalable pay bands, equity, and executive incentives.
• Deep equity expertise including option structures, RSU transitions, and dilution modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Rewards strategy and programs across compensation, benefits, and equity.
• Partner with the CPO and ELT on critical pay decisions and equity education.
• Develop data modeling and market intelligence to anticipate workforce needs.
• Modernize the compensation tech stack and analytics for real-time decisions.
• Enable managers as compensation partners with training and tools to discuss pay and equity.
