Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards to lead the global compensation, equity and benefits programs.

The role drives enterprise pay strategy, governance and scalable execution through AI-enabled processes and analytics, influencing leadership and the Board. You will shape executive compensation, incentive design and cost modeling while partnering with Legal, Finance and TA to ensure global compliance and impact.

Formación

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience with deep Total Rewards and Executive compensation expertise.
• Experience leading global Total Rewards programs across private, PE-backed, and public companies.
• Experience designing board materials and presenting to C-suite and Boards.

Responsabilidades

• Design and govern competitive compensation, equity and benefits programs informed by benchmarking and cost modeling.
• Partner with executive leadership to design executive compensation plans, incentives and equity programs.
• Drive AI and analytics adoption to automate compensation analysis and surface pay equity insights.
• Simplify Total Rewards operations by streamlining governance and scaling support via Employee Services.
• Own executive presentations and board materials on Total Rewards strategy and results.
• Mentor a high-performing Total Rewards team.
