Apollo.io is seeking a Director, Total Rewards to lead global compensation, equity, and benefits, reporting to the SVP, People. You will set strategy, drive scalable programs, and partner with Finance, Legal, and GTM leaders.

This role requires 12+ years in HR, 5+ years leading global rewards, AI fluency, and strong analytics. You’ll design innovative compensation models, equity frameworks, and pay governance across international markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years leading global compensation, equity, and benefits programs in high-growth tech environments.
• Original work in compensation design or piloted non-standard approaches; AI-native experience is a plus.
• Hands‑on AI fluency in compensation analysis, modeling, or administration.
• Proven track record scaling total rewards programs and systems globally.
• Strong knowledge of multi-country compensation law, pay transparency, and equity design.

Responsabilités

• Develop and evolve Apollo’s Total Rewards strategy globally.
• Design, pilot, and scale AI-enabled reward models and innovative compensation approaches.
• Evolve compensation architecture, leveling, and market pricing.
• Own equity framework across the employee lifecycle; model dilution and plan burn.
• Shape global benefits strategy; ensure regional market competitiveness.
• Create and oversee incentive plans with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain pay governance and compliance across regions.
• Leverage data and automation for market analysis, pay recommendations, and equity modeling.
• Lead and mentor a Total Rewards team with AI capability.
