Qualifications

• Demonstrated AI fluency in sourcing workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Proven track record in high-growth or enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end talent attraction strategy.
• Lead Recruiting Managers and sourcers; set goals and coach.
• Partner with Talent Delivery to forecast hiring needs and pipelines.
• Use data and market intel to forecast talent trends and capacity.
• Deliver reporting on pipeline health, time-to-fill, source-of-hire.
• Champion AI fluency and adoption in sourcing.
• Foster team unity and continuous improvement.
• Test new sourcing tools and AI-based techniques.
• Collaborate with global sourcing leadership.
