Qualifikationen

• 8–10+ years in talent acquisition with 3–5+ years in people leadership.
• Proven track record scaling attraction/sourcing in high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of employer branding, talent marketing, and sourcing tech.
• Data-driven with ability to forecast, report, and drive strategy.
• Demonstrated AI fluency in sourcing workflows and transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead Recruiting Managers and Sourcing Partners; set goals and coach.
