• Forecast hiring needs and deliver quarterly/annual targets with proactive pipelines.
• Use data and market intel to identify trends and forecast capacity.
• Deliver reporting on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source-of-hire.
• Drive AI adoption in sourcing and measure impact on productivity and quality.
