Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Talent Attraction (AMER) to lead strategy and execution for sourcing, engagement, and talent branding across the organization. You will own the sourcing model, build a high-quality pipeline, and partner with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs.

You will lead Recruiting Managers, sourcers, and brand specialists, set goals, and coach for performance while driving data-informed decisions and AI-enabled transformation across the function.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, including 3-5+ years in people leadership.
• Proven track record building and scaling talent attraction strategies in high-growth or enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of employer branding, talent marketing, and sourcing tech (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM).
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze data to forecast and influence strategy.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and experience applying AI to sourcing workflows and transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders.
• Experience partnering with internal teams to gain support and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for sourcing, engagement, and attraction of top talent across the organization.
• Own employer branding, sourcing strategy, and talent pipelining programs with business leaders.
• Scale AMER sourcing model and lead a high-performing AMER sourcing/recruiting organization.
• Develop end-to-end talent attraction strategy using competitive intel, market research, and activations.
• Lead and grow Recruiting Managers, sourcers, and talent brand specialists; set goals and coach for performance.
• Forecast hiring needs with Talent Delivery and cross-functional teams; manage pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Use data and market intel to identify trends, benchmark competition, and forecast capacity.
• Deliver reporting on pipeline health, funnel metrics, time-to-fill, and source-of-hire.
• Champion AI fluency and adoption across sourcing, measuring impact on productivity and output.
• Foster team engagement, develop recruiter capabilities, and drive continuous improvement.
