Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director, Talent Attraction (AMER) to lead strategy and execution across sourcing, engagement, and employer branding for the organization. You will own the AMER sourcing model, build a high-performing team, and partner with Talent Delivery, employee brand marketing, and business leaders to meet current and future hiring needs.

The role emphasizes scaling operations, AI fluency, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment incl. 3-5+ years in people leadership.
• Proven track record scaling talent attraction/sourcing in high-growth or enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of employer branding, talent marketing, and sourcing tech incl. AI/agents.
• Data-driven with ability to forecast, report to senior leaders, and drive strategy.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with experience applying AI to sourcing workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end talent attraction strategy leveraging market intel, sourcing, and activations.
• Lead and grow Recruiting Managers, sourcers, and talent brand specialists; set goals and coach.
• Forecast hiring needs and deliver against quarterly/annual targets with proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Use data and market intelligence to track talent trends and channel effectiveness.
• Deliver reporting on pipeline health, funnel metrics, time-to-fill, and source-of-hire.
• Champion AI adoption in sourcing and measure impact on productivity and pipeline outcomes.
• Foster team unity, capability development, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Test and implement new sourcing techniques and tools, including AI-based approaches.
• Partner with senior leadership on global sourcing initiatives.
