• Develop and own end-to-end talent attraction strategy leveraging market intel and activations.
• Lead a team of Recruiting Managers, sourcers, and talent brand specialists.
• Partner with Talent Delivery and cross-functional teams to forecast hiring needs and deliver targets.
• Forecast, report on funnel metrics, and manage capacity against headcount demand.
• Drive AI adoption in sourcing and candidate engagement to improve productivity and quality.
