Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a Director of Talent Attraction (AMER) to lead strategy and execution for sourcing, engagement, and employer branding across the organization. You will scale the AMER sourcing model, define team operations, and partner with senior leadership to build a high-quality pipeline addressing current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end talent attraction strategy for AMER.
• Lead Recruiting Managers, sourcers, and brand specialists.
• Forecast hiring needs and deliver quarterly targets.
• Use data to forecast trends and optimize sourcing channels.
• Champion AI fluency and experiment with AI-enabled sourcing.
• Partner with senior leadership on global sourcing initiatives.
