Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Talent Attraction for the AMER region to lead strategy and execution of sourcing, branding, and pipeline programs. You will build and scale the AMER sourcing organization, partner with leadership, and drive data-informed decisions to meet hiring needs across the enterprise.

You will champion AI-enabled sourcing, strengthen employer branding, and foster cross-functional collaboration to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire across diverse roles.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment with 3-5+ years in people leadership.
• Proven track record building and scaling talent attraction strategies in high-growth environments.
• Knowledge of employer branding, talent marketing, and sourcing tech including AI/agent-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end talent attraction strategy and pipelines for the AMER region.
• Lead and grow Recruiting Managers, sourcers, and talent brand specialists, setting goals and coaching performance.
• Forecast hiring needs with Talent Delivery and cross-functional teams; deliver quarterly/annual targets.
