Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Talent Attraction (AMER) to lead sourcing, branding, and pipeline strategies across the organization. You will build and scale a high-performing AMER sourcing team, partner with cross-functional leaders, and leverage AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency and quality of hire.

The role requires 8–10+ years in talent acquisition with 3–5+ years in leadership, strong knowledge of employer branding, data analytics, and AI-driven sourcing. Open to candidates in U.S.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment.
• 3-5+ years in a people-leadership role (leading people managers preferred).
• Strong knowledge of employer branding, talent marketing, and sourcing technology (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, etc.).
• Data-driven mindset with ability to forecast and report to senior leaders.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with experience applying AI to sourcing workflows and leading AI-enabled transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication; comfortable with senior executives.
• Proven success building internal partnerships to drive cross-functional results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end talent attraction strategy.
• Lead and grow a team of Recruiting Managers and Talent Attraction Partners.
• Forecast hiring needs and deliver against quarterly/annual targets with proactive pipelines.
• Use data and market intelligence to guide talent strategies and forecast headcount demand.
• Deliver reporting on pipeline health, funnel metrics, and source-of-hire.
• Champion AI fluency across the organization and measure impact on productivity and pipeline outcomes.
• Foster team unity and embed a culture of continuous improvement and self-learning.
