Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director of Fulfillment Operations to lead our multi-site mail order pharmacy fulfillment strategy in a remote-capable role. You will drive compliance, safety, and efficiency in inventory, cold chain, dispensing, and shipping while shaping a scalable cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed with a current, unrestricted license in the state of residence or eligible for reciprocity within 4 months.
• Minimum of five years as a licensed pharmacist preferred.
• 4–5 years’ experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Managed care and/or PBM experience preferred.
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational redesign and execute strategies to increase service levels and efficiencies across pharmacy fulfillment locations.
• Oversee staffing requirements for Patient Services and Specialty Programs using trend analysis and forecasts.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure systems support fulfillment operations and enable tracking/reporting capabilities.
• Develop strategic plans for infrastructure, processes, and personnel to meet growth and new service offerings.
• Drive continuous operational improvements to enhance patient care and customer experience.
• Coordinate with leaders across the organization to optimize processes for efficiency, safety, and patient experience.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report pharmacy service KPIs to Pharmacy Managers and Executives.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Projects and the Quality Oversight Review Committee.
• Investigate and build business cases for new technology solutions or processes to improve fulfillment operations.
• Develop a cost-effective, safe, and patient-centric fulfillment strategy across all locations.
