Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director of Fulfillment Operations to shape the strategy and delivery of our multi-site pharmacy fulfillment operations. You will oversee staffing, inventory, cold chain, dispensing, and shipping while driving cross-functional process improvements to support growth and patient care.

Collaborate with IT and operations leaders to ensure compliant, safe, and efficient fulfillment, with a focus on capacity, continuity, and performance metrics across locations.

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree and current, unrestricted license required.
• Pharmacist licensure in residence state or reciprocity within 4 months.
• Minimum five years as a licensed pharmacist; 4–5 years in specialty pharmacy.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred; managed care/PBM experience preferred.
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead redesign and execute strategies to increase service levels and efficiency across pharmacy fulfillment locations.
• Direct Patient Services and Specialty Programs staffing by forecasting needs and analyzing workflows.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure systems support fulfillment operations and reporting capabilities.
• Develop plans for infrastructure, processes, and personnel to support growth and new services.
• Drive continuous operational improvements to enhance patient care and customer experience.
• Monitor and report pharmacy service KPIs to Pharmacy Managers and executives.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Projects and Quality Oversight Review Committee.
