Lumicera Health Services seeks a Director, Fulfillment Operations to lead the vision and delivery of nationwide pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites, including inventory, cold chain, dispensing, and shipping. This role ensures compliant, safe, and efficient operations with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will redesign processes, oversee staffing and training, partner with IT to optimize systems, and drive continuous improvements

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D and current, unrestricted license required.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in state of residence or ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months.
• Minimum of five years as a licensed pharmacist preferred.
• 4–5 years’ experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Managed care and/or PBM experience preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee Pharmacy capacity, new locations, and pharmacy redesign.
• Manage Patient Services and Specialty Programs staffing and workflows with forecasting input.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure systems support fulfillment operations and reporting capabilities.
• Develop strategic plans for infrastructure to accommodate growth and new services.
• Drive continuous operational improvements to enhance patient care and customer experience.
• Collaborate with leaders to optimize processes for safety and efficiency.
• Monitor and report pharmacy service KPIs to leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Projects and governance committees.
• Investigate and present business cases for new technology or processes.
• Develop and supervise an efficient, cost-effective fulfillment strategy across sites.
