Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director of Fulfillment Operations to guide strategy, staffing, and processes across a growing mail-order pharmacy operation. You will oversee inventory, cold chain, dispensing, shipping, and service delivery while driving continuous improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will shape the fulfillment infrastructure, lead staffing strategy, and partner with IT to optimize systems and reporting.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in good standing is required.
• Active state license or reciprocity within 4 months.
• Minimum five years as a licensed pharmacist.
• 4–5 years experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Managed care or PBM experience preferred.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and redesign operational strategies to improve service levels and efficiency across fulfillment locations.
• Oversee staffing for Patient Services and Specialty Programs with forecasting and workflow analysis.
• Partner with IT to ensure systems support fulfillment operations and reporting capabilities.
• Develop plans for scalable infrastructure to support growth and new services.
• Drive continuous operational improvements to enhance patient care and customer experience.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to optimize processes for safety and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Develop business cases for new technology or processes to improve fulfillment and patient experience.
• Ensure cost-effective, safe, patient-centric fulfillment strategy across locations.
