Frontline Education, remote in the United States, seeks a Director of Solutions Architecture to lead a team of solution architects spanning Student and Business solutions, partnering with regional Sales to shape strategy, expand adoption, and win large opportunities.

Reporting to VP, you will scale a regionalized coverage model, drive cross-training, and ensure consistent standards while fostering a high-velocity, customer-centric presales organization.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in presales or solutions architecture.
• Deep experience in enterprise SaaS, preferably HCM/ERP.
• Ability to translate customer needs into strategic, value-based solutions.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead domain strategy and strategic deal engagement across Student and Business opportunities.
• Scale regional strategy and market expansion aligning with sales priorities.
• Develop a high-performing team of Solutions Architects across domains.
• Partner with Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives on territory strategy and complex opportunities.
• Represent Frontline in executive customer conversations and regional events.
• Drive standards and continuous improvement in specialist engagement and enablement.
