Job summary

Myriad360 seeks a Director of Client Solutions Architects for the Northeast to lead a regional team of architects, balance strategy with hands-on delivery, and drive multi-year client engagements.

You will coach CSAs, collaborate with account executives, and shape solutions across AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and data center modernization while ensuring outstanding customer outcomes in a remote-first setup.

Travel is required in the Northeast.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise technology or consulting with team leadership.
• Experience engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Broad knowledge across infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data center, automation, AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Northeast CSA team and balance coaching with hands-on client work.
• Allocate resources and support complex pursuits across the territory.
• Partner with Account Execs and Partners to expand strategic engagements.
• Represent Myriad360 in client briefings, industry panels, and webinars.
