Job summary
Frontline is seeking a Director of Solutions Architecture to build and lead the Strategic Education Consultants team, spanning HCM, Student, and Business domains. You will enable regional Sales teams and Solution Architects to win large, complex opportunities through domain expertise and scalable engagement models.
You will partner with Sales, Product, Enablement, and cross-functional teams to expand solutions into new markets, enhance thought leadership, and drive enterprise selling.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in strategic consulting or presales.
- Strong background in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Understanding of K-12 education systems and district operations.
- Experience building or scaling teams of practitioners or consultants.
- Strength in regional strategy and executive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the quality and impact of specialist engagement across HCM, Student, and Business opportunities.
- Scale regional strategy and market expansion through domain-specific plans.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Strategic Education Consultants.
- Partner with Sales and Solutions Architecture on territory strategy and complex opportunities.
- Strengthen product alignment and readiness by translating roadmaps into market strategies.
