Job summary
Flexential seeks a Director of Solutions Engineering to drive technical sales across regions, partnering with RVPs and sales leaders to translate strategy into territory plans and strong pipeline. The role maintains current portfolio expertise, informs senior leadership with field insights, and improves enablement and regional execution for rapid scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
- 10+ years in technology, solution engineering or technical sales with leadership.
- Proven ability to lead Solution Engineering teams across markets.
- Strong business acumen linking technical solutions to outcomes and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical sales execution across multiple domains and align with growth priorities.
- Partner with RVPs and sales leaders to drive sales and build territory plans.
- Develop a high-performing Solutions Engineering team and establish standards.
- Lead technical engagement for strategic region accounts and escalations.
- Maintain portfolio expertise and provide field insights to leadership.
- Track operating metrics and drive process improvements for scale.
