Frontline Education seeks a Director of Solutions Architecture to build and lead a regional team of architects across Student and Business domains. You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, and cross-functional teams to scale a regionalized, enterprise-ready architecture function and to drive market strategy and solution adoption.

Formación

• Leadership experience in a senior, customer-facing function overseeing teams.
• Strong foundation in SaaS, ERP, or large-scale enterprise software environments.
• Understanding of K-12 education systems or analogous education technology domains.
• Experience building or scaling practitioner teams and domain expertise.
• Ability to translate customer challenges into domain-driven value narratives.

Responsabilidades

• Own presales execution quality for high-value opportunities across Student and Business domains.
• Translate national strategies into regional execution plans and market programs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Solutions Architecture team with cross-functional partnerships.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Enablement to drive domain enablement and readiness.
• Represent Frontline in executive engagements, regional events, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive standards, continuous improvement, and scalable regional coverage models.
• Develop market-aligned connections between domain experts and product strategies.
• Guide demand generation and pipeline through regional webinars, campaigns, and thought leadership.
