Accenture is seeking an Associate Director of Software Sales to own revenue accountability for a product cluster and geography. You will lead complex enterprise sales from origination through close, coordinating with client teams and a network of partners to position and sell the proprietary software portfolio.

Travel may be required for this role. You will manage a small team, drive renewal strategies, and contribute to go-to-market strategies, pricing, and market segmentation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience managing long, complex sales cycles in a matrixed environment.
• 6+ months of demonstrated experience selling AI-native software products — solutions built on LLMs, agentic workflows or ML platforms.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver the annual software sales targets (TCV) for assigned product cluster and market.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from origination through close with C-suite buyers.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and contracts with legal/deal desk.
• Coordinate pre-sales resources and internal specialists to accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Manage partner channels and drive co-selling with technology and channel partners.
• Provide day-to-day direction to a small sales team (2–4 people).
• Maintain CRM data, produce weekly pipeline/forecast reports, and share win/loss insights.
