Job summary

Accenture PLC in Illinois is seeking an Associate Director, Software Sales to own end-to-end revenue for a product cluster and geography. You will lead complex sales cycles with clients, coordinate partner resources, and manage a small team while driving the annual software sales target.

Role requires deep experience in enterprise software sales, SaaS, and AI-enabled offerings, with a proven ability to close deals and grow the installed base across industries.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience to large organizations.
• Experience selling AI-native software products (LLMs, agentic workflows, or ML platforms).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in complex sales cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years of education/work).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end software sales cycles from origination through close.
• Coordinate pre-sales resources and internal specialists to accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Engage senior stakeholders (C-suite) and negotiate terms and pricing with legal and deal desks.
• Provide day-to-day direction to a small sales team (2–4) and maintain accurate CRM data.
