Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, setting the vision, operating model, investment priorities, and guardrails for Salesforce across the organization.

This leader chairs the Salesforce Center of Excellence, drives platform health, security, data integrity, and lifecycle management while aligning business and technology strategies. The role requires collaboration with Sales Operations, Service, Product, Security, and Enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive technology leadership with responsibility for enterprise platforms.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org consolidation and governance.
• Salesforce CoE establishment and portfolio-management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce products and integration patterns.
• Executive stakeholder management and financial planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Salesforce strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmap.
• Ensure platform health, security, availability, and regulatory controls.
• Build durable relationships with cross-functional leaders and translate priorities into enterprise choices.
• Set technical standards, oversee reviews, and guide architecture across product teams.
• Drive platform rationalization, lifecycle management, and benefit realization.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and strategic adoption decisions.
• Lead talent development and chair the Salesforce CoE.
