Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of the Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. The role sets vision, governance, investment priorities, and guardrails across Ryder's FMS, SCS, and RLM segments.

The leader chairs the Salesforce CoE, drives talent, and aligns business and technology stakeholders to a cohesive Salesforce roadmap. The incumbent ensures platform health, security, data integrity, and lifecycle management while delivering sustained business value and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with leadership experience.
• 10+ years in technology leadership for enterprise platforms or CRM.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org rationalization, governance, and CoE.
• Executive stakeholder management and financial planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce strategy, CoE, governance, and multi-year roadmap.
• Ensure platform health, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships across Sales, Service, Product, Security, and IT.
• Establish design standards, best practices, and review governance.
• Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, and financial planning.
