Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of the Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce roadmap and governance. This leader will chair the Salesforce CoE, partner with Sales, Service, Product, Security, and Data teams, and ensure platform health, security, and value realization.

The role requires extensive leadership of Salesforce ecosystems, with a focus on architecture, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across Ryder’s business segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years leading enterprise platforms.
• 10+ years Salesforce leadership in a large, complex environment.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org rationalization/consolidation.
• Executive stakeholder management, financial planning, and business-case/benefit realization.

Responsibilities

• Define Salesforce strategy, governance, and CoE leadership.
• Ensure platform health, security, and performance.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and decision making.
• Establish architecture guardrails and best practices.
• Oversee vendor relationships and budgeting.
• Collaborate with EA and data leaders on reference architectures.
