Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director to lead the Salesforce Platform, owning the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem.

You will define vision, governance, and investment priorities, chair the Salesforce CoE, and partner with Security, Data, and Architecture to deliver secure, scalable Salesforce solutions across the organization. You will influence without owning delivery, mentor teams, and drive adoption of enterprise standards while balancing business and technology priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern enterprise Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and org strategy.
• Maintain platform health, security, reliability, and risk across Salesforce instances.
• Build relationships with Sales Ops, Service, Product, Security, EA, Data, and Finance.
• Create guardrails for configuration, development, integration, data, identity, security, and DevSecOps.
• Set standards and reviews for architecture, design, and code quality.
