Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. You will define the multi-year vision, governance, and investments, chair the CoE, and lead platform health, security, and data integrity across multiple business units.

You’ll influence across Sales, Service, and Data domains, guiding architecture, risk management, and vendor partnerships while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, engineering, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive technology leadership with enterprise platforms.
• 10+ years leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM platforms.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org/instance rationalization or consolidation.
• Executive stakeholder management, financial planning, and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year Salesforce vision, target-state architecture, and investment plan.
• Chair the Salesforce CoE and govern architecture review, release governance, and decisions.
• Own platform health, security, data integrity, and lifecycle management.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales Ops, Service, Product, Security, and EA.
• Establish pragmatic guardrails for configuration, integration, data, and security.
• Guide architecture reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure enterprise standards.
