Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. You will set vision, operating model, and investment priorities, chair the Salesforce CoE, and ensure platform health, security, and data integrity across divisions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Service, Product, Security, and IT leaders to translate complex business needs into a coherent Salesforce roadmap and governance. Travel ~10–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; extensive leadership in enterprise platforms.
• 10+ years leading technology teams with enterprise SaaS/CRM experience.
• Proven track record building and maturing a Salesforce CoE and platform operating model.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and investment.
• Lead platform health, security, reliability, and risk management across Salesforce instances.
• Build durable relationships with cross-functional leaders and translate priorities into enterprise decisions.
• Set pragmatic configuration, integration, data, identity, and security guardrails.
