Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director of the Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem.

You will set the vision, governance, and investment priorities, partnering with Sales, Service, Product, Security, and Data leadership to align priorities and deliver a scalable Salesforce roadmap. The role chairs the Salesforce Center of Excellence, drives architecture standards, and ensures platform health, reliability, and data integrity while guiding distributed product and support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
10+ years of technology leadership overseeing enterprise platforms.
Experience leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and govern multi-year Salesforce vision and roadmap.
Chair the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) and mature operating model.
Ensure platform health, security, reliability, and data integrity across Salesforce instances.
Lead stakeholder alignment across Sales, Service, Product, Security, Data, and IT.
Establish and enforce technical standards, architecture reviews, and best practices.
Drive platform rationalization, consolidation, and lifecycle management; oversee governance and risk.
Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and investments; communicate cost/value implications.
