Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of the Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem.

You will set the vision, governance, and investment priorities, chair the Salesforce Center of Excellence, and coordinate distributed teams to deliver a secure, scalable platform that drives sales and service outcomes. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years in progressive technology leadership with responsibility for enterprise platforms.
10+ years leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM platforms in a large, complex environment.
5+ years leading Salesforce CoE, platform operating model, governance, and portfolio management.
5+ years leading Salesforce org rationalization or consolidation including data, security, and change impacts.

Responsibilities

Set Salesforce strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmaps aligned to Ryder's sales and service goals.
Lead the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) and enterprise architecture collaboration.
Ensure platform health, security, reliability, and regulatory controls across instances.
Drive vendor, financial, and innovation management for Salesforce investments.
Mentor and develop talent across distributed product and support teams.
Translate complex platform needs into actionable roadmaps for executives.
