Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive technology leadership with responsibility for enterprise platforms.
• 10+ years in leadership of Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM platforms in a large, complex environment.
• 5+ years in leading Salesforce org/instance rationalization or consolidation.
• Vendor, financial planning, and executive stakeholder management experience.
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Identity and access, data governance, privacy, security controls, auditability, resilience.
• Product operating models, agile portfolio management, DevSecOps/CI-CD, release governance, ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Establish multi-year Salesforce vision and governance; chair Salesforce CoE.
• Maintain platform health, security, reliability, and risk governance.
• Build durable relationships with cross-functional leaders; translate priorities into enterprise choices.
• Create guardrails for configuration, development, data, security, and deployment; enable self-service and innovation.
• Lead architecture reviews; ensure enterprise standards for quality, security, and maintainability.
• Define reference architectures, data governance, and integration patterns.
• Lead Salesforce rationalization and consolidation; develop transition roadmaps.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and budget; communicate cost and value implications.
