You will lead sales operations, pricing support, and channel management across multiple brands, including DEWALT and CRAFTSMAN, while guiding cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. The position requires 10+ years in sales operations with leadership in a B2B setting, plus expertise in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce.com) and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• 10+ years of sales operations and leadership experience in B2B manufacturing or engineered products.
• Experience with national catalog distributors and direct customer interactions.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales operations, pricing support and channel management processes.
• Generate sales reports and demand forecasts with insights and recommendations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide Commercial leadership with insights on sales activity and business opportunities.
• Develop and improve sales processes, reporting, and tools to increase efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across commercial, supply chain, and logistics teams.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams with a culture of accountability.
